Is support for SAM R34/35 available?

I am investigating SAM R34/R35 modules for LoRa use. Currently this seems to be only supported on Atmel studio 7. Are ther plans to have this available on mbed?

And the support in Atmel Studio 7 seems pretty thin as well. Have you made any other progress.
