Is it posible to creat a pwm signal of more then 100 Kc

Hi Jos,
The PWM maximum frequency isn't limited by Mbed but by the underlying hardware. You will have to find the data sheet or reference manual for the part you are using and then check the specs for the PWM. Most likely you can generate a signal above 100kHz but you really need to check the documentation.
