MPS2 ERROR: FPGA did not configure

HI

I was working with the MPS2 card and the file log.txt tells me "ERROR: FPGA did not configure."

I do not know how to reset the configuration?

How to remove this error?

Hi Hugo,

It appears that your board may have lost the encryption key which is required for it to work. Another group in Arm is responsible for supporting this board, so could you please send the booting output to "support@arm.com"?

They will be able to help you troubleshoot the problem and/or get the board repaired.
