Firmware upgrade program not working

Hi,

I've just started working on a new computer with Windows 10 Home Edition. I've downloaded the STSW-LINK007 program to upgrade my Nucleo-L432KC board. The program does not detect that a Nucleo has been attached to the USB port.

I am however, currently able to load programs on Nucleo-L432KC boards when have the latest firmware it is just the firmware upgrade program that is not working. Do you have any advice for me?

Kind regards

Koos

Hi, probably you need download a driver first. First STSW-LINK009 and then STSW-LINK007.

The board's memory is visible without a driver but the virtual serial (COM) port is not working.

Dear Jan,

You are correct. I downloaded the driver and it solved the problem.

Thank you very much.
