mbed-os-example-blinky not work with nRF52840-DK

I compiled this example on new nRF52840-DK that I received but led is not blinked. I opened settings of board : https://os.mbed.com/platforms/Nordic-nRF52-DK/ and see that it's not same board I received. /media/uploads/chaplinu/dk.jpg

How make it work ?

The nRF52 Development Kit is a single-board development kit for Bluetooth Smart, ANT and 2.4GHz proprietary applications using the nRF52 Series SoC. This kit supports both development for nRF52832 SoCs.

Try building Blinky for the 52840 with 'mbed compile -t GCC_ARM -m NRF52840_DK'. Note the product page you pointed to above is for the NRF52_DK (NRF52832 or pca10040).

Hi Uri,

Please try updating the firmware of your board by following the instructions here: https://armmbed.github.io/DAPLink/?board=Nordic-nRF52-DK

Then once the update is complete, please let me know if you are able to run mbed-os-example-blinky successfully.

Hi Jenny, Sorry for the newbie question. Uri asked about the nRF52840-DK board, which isn't listed on the supported boards page (https://os.mbed.com/platforms/?tvend=11). You referred him to a page for updating firmware on the older nRF52-DK board. Am I missing something here ? Is the nRF52840-DK board actually supported despite not being listed ? Are the two boards similar enough that they share a firmware update page ? Thanks, John
