USING ONBOARD RF AND BLUETOOTH MODULE

I HAVE DISCO-L475VG-IOT01A BOARD AND WANT TO USE BOTH THE BLUETOOTH MODULE AND RADIO FREQUENCY MODULE ON IT. I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TURN ON THOSE MODULES. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME OUT
