I want to port a library from keil microvision to mbed os for nucleo f401re?
how do i port a library that is in keil and dependent on CMSIS coreto mbed os so that I can publish a library for mbed os.

There is some information on creating libraries in Mbed projects about halfway down this page: https://os.mbed.com/docs/v5.8/reference/configuration.html
