Change usbmodem**** to Custom name/number

Right now the mBed USB Serial port is assigned some random number, like /dev/cu.usbmodem14132 or /dev/cu.usbmodem622.

Is there a way I can change that to a set name or number like /dev/cu.usbmodem12345 or /dev/cu.usbmodemHelloWorld1?
