Switching problem in case of sine pwm generation
So I was generating a sine pwm in bipolar mode for a single phase inverter and the output i received had a lot of distortions in no load condition. For instance , switching at 1000 Hz , the output (an IGBT module was used) doesnt switch properly from -V to +V properly.
If i increase my switching frequency, the output is still unable to switch properly. The following switching is at 10Khz, there appears to be some intermediate value between -V and +V even under no load!!
What could be the issue here given that i am using an mbed lpc1768 and a gate driver for the igbts which shifts voltage level from 3.3 to 15V for switching IGBTs.
Thank you
