Compiler "empty response" bug? (Error -240)

Hi While compiling for Nucleo F103 I am getting this reply /media/uploads/sixBase3/buggg.jpg

When I click on the error I get this page https://os.mbed.com/cookbook/Compiler-Error--240

Anyone from ARM/mbed know what causes this?
