serial port cannot be identified after reinstall mbed driver

When connecting microbit to PC, the mbed serial COM pops up. Then I right-clicked and deleted the mbed driver in the Device Manager. But when I tried to install the mbed drive (mbedWinSerial_16466.exe), the serial port cannot be identified. OS：windows7 64bits

Hi Hui,

Please try restarting your computer, and see if that resolves the issue. If that doesn't work, try uninstalling the serial drivers and then re-installing them again.
