Do not turn on my lpc1768?

I was doing a practice to do an analogous voltage reading with my lpc1768 card, when I connected a dc voltage source to do the reading I did not fix it and I put it on the pin 20, 12 volts automatically turned off the lpc 1768 leds and not wants to restart, does not recognize the computer to program, what should I do? Is there any solution?

The max voltage on analog inputs is 3V3. Most digital pins can tolerate 5V, but at 12V the device will be damaged beyond repair. Replacing the LPC1768 is possible if you have SMD soldering skills, but there may be more damage than just to the processor. I recommend you get a new mbed board.
