What about the board "uBlox C030-N211 IoT Starter Kit"?

Hi, I'm new here since monday. The last days I tried to program the evaluation board "uBlox C030-N211 IoT Starter Kit" . I'm not so familar with all functions of the mbed-compiler, but the last days it was able to choose the board C030. If I startet the compiler today there was a blank compiler website without all programms in my workspace and the platform was "Default". I tried to choose to my board but I can't find it anymore. A saved link was my anchor to come back to my workspace, the platform is also now correct again "C030". Yesterday I noticed also, that some programs not to be exported - the message was "An error occcured during export. Please contact the support" but I thought it was just my mistake.

My Question: What about the board "uBlox C030-N211 IoT Starter Kit"?

Please try clearing your cache / cookies in your browser. Then try logging out and back into the website.

What exporter are you trying to export for?

Hi Austin, Thanks for your answer but it seems like, it solved not the issue. I’m working with a Mac and Safari and I cleared the cache like you described. By next login I saw my programs in the compiler workplace, but compiling doesn’t work. So I logged out and startet in the virtual machine (Win 10) the website and also the compiler. OK, it works fine. And after this, it works in the Mac-environment too. Don’t know, what happend. I can also create a new program with the C030 board. So the system works at the moment. Probably I'll be back, if the system don't work again. Unfortunately I can not insert screenshots showing the wrong behavior.

Next part: With the program "example-reading-imei-imsi" today I tried all possibilities to export, without success.

And the open question: I can not find the board C030 in the board overview and so I’m afraid, the support will ending soon. Can you tell me some things about this?

For reference here is a link to the wiki syntax for mbed.org so you can post pictures next time : https://os.mbed.com/cookbook/Wiki-Syntax

Can you provide the following:

  • The version of OSX you are using
  • The version of Safari
  • The URL of the program 'example-reading-imei-imsi'
  • The IDE you want to export to

With this information, we should be able to replicate your issue.

Answers to the question of yours:

This is the design of the compiler in my safari. I can not close the help, edit or compile the source or changing the folder. I can not close the help, edit or compile the source, or change the folder. Subsequently, the compiler seems to freeze.
