EAGLE library of NUCLEO-L432KC

Hello,
may be a little bit outdated answer.
As you may know Nucleo32 module is based on the Arduino nano footprint.
Therefore you can use an Arduino Nano footprint instead of a Nucleo32 one.
Fortunately, CyberLink1 created an Eagle library for most of Arduino nano and mini boards.
