Serial Communication with mtxdot (Multitech)
I’m trying install the firmwarte AT to xDot Multitech, following the instructions of https://developer.mbed.org/teams/MultiTech/code/Dot-AT-Firmware/. I compiled the firmware (Dot-AT-Firmware_XDOT_L151CC.bin). But, when i’m saving this file in the xDot drive (MAITENANCE) this file is not saved, a file FAIL.TXT is displayed in the drive whith the message “The transfer timed out”.

If your xDot is in MAINTENANCE mode, then you're updating the firmware on the DAPLink interface chip. You don't want to do this. Normally the xDot goes into this mode when you pull RESET low while starting up. Do you plug the device in with RESET button held down? If so, don't do that.
Without RESET low the device should mount as XDOT or MBED, and you can drag the .bin file on it.
