Error: #error directive: Only Win32 target is supported! in "pr7/pr7/_mingw.h", Line: 268, Col: 3

How can this error be resolved?

Where did you get this library from? If the library is using Win32 API calls then it's not going to run on other platforms (like mbed) without porting.

Is in the windows.h library
