[Su004]: Option -O can only occur once

Dear,

Why get below error:

[Su004]: Option -O can only occur once

When I compile in:

EWARM: v7.80.2.11975 EWARM shared components: v7.5.4.4636

for the project: mbed-os-example-blinky + ST NUCLEO-F411RE, after exported it from ARM online compiler to IAR.
