Hi Neo,

Simply put:

mbed device connector is a simple tool that allows your connect any end device to the internet. Using the REST APIs you can then see fit how you want to display this information etc. All this simply offers is the 'connection'

Now mbed cloud is really the whole package, it includes the 'connection', 'device management' and 'security'. Its simply a larger scale tool that helps you to easily manage 1000+ devices, apply firmware updates to them in the field, and also put security in place to make the whole connection secure.

mbed cloud is ARMs cloud device management offering, and therefore is huge focus for us. Device connector is simply a great way to show how to connect devices to the internet.

If you would like to know more, email us at: support@mbed.org

Andrea, team mbed

Does ARM Device connector is extended implementation of Leshan ECLIPSE? If yes, what's are the extra features ARM Device connector has?
