STM32F303 memory size

This is a question that has been floating around my head for a while. I am using a STM32F303 to develop, and when I build my program in the Program details panel (Build) it gives the amount of Flash and RAM that I have used. Which is very helpful I might add.

However it also appears the maximum of these memories. And i can see :

Flash maximum 512KB RAM maximum 96.KB

Which is weird, because in my microcontroller package it sasy 512KB Flash and >>80KB<< SRAM.

(96Kb was correct for the STM32F401 which I was using previously)

What is happening here??

Thanks for getting in touch, this simply could be a mistake on getting the right information, which exact F303 is this?
