How do you update the firmware of board?

When I click to down load the firmware I get a page of gibberish text. I was expecting a file to down load.

What board are you trying to update? Firmware will come in a binary form, so it would look like gibberish to a human/text editor :)

You should be able to copy the firmware to the board, then power cycle it.

Thanks again for the response. I found my problem. When I click to down load the firmware the file was displayed and not down loaded. When I used my home computer the firmware file was sent to my download file as I thought is should. It might be something the security software did to protect me. Thanks again.
