How to connect electrode wires to the board/ where is the solder pad in the board?

It is simple – solder wet electrode ECG_P and ECG_N cables to the pads shown below:
If you need a third electrode to reduce noise (think: Right Leg Drive) it’s called “Body Bias” and the pin is designated as VCM (Common Mode Voltage) for this HSP board/product, which means the third electrode you’ll need to add is here-
Generally, this VCM as it’s also called is Right Leg Drive, the electrode will be place on your right leg. However, it should be fine if you place the Body Bias electrode on your body, such as your hand – close to the ECG_P/N but not touching them. Body bias help eliminate some noises such as common mode interference.
