LPC1768 Serial Only Sends One Character - Question | mbed

Hi there

I am a Win10 user: I have new LPC1768 using latest firmware. I can download and set/read pins. If I try to take any uart serial sample, they don't work.

USBRX/TX Problem: If I try to make a loopback inluding a watchdog, only the first signal has been received and the loopback worked. afterwards no more data have been received (checked input buffer correct) and also returned to pc terminal program.

using serial on pin 13/14 does not work: I generate a test signal in form of single character in interval of 1 sec. the output signal on pin 13 is unstable, I mean there are often missing output errors: error: single missing or multiple following missing uart signals.

I tried different lpc devices of same type and got similar problems. I appreciate any hints to solve my problem
