If you are connecting {HSP Sensor board + Programming Adapter (MAXREFDES100HDK)} to win 10, there are known issues with the programming adapter and windows 10. You can try to update your programming adapter by following the instructions here: https://developer.mbed.org/teams/MaximIntegrated/wiki/MAXREFDES100HDK The firmware update is mainly needed to support windows 10.
The older firmware shows up as BOOTLOADER when updating, the newer boards show up as MAINTENANCE. You can try to drag and drop the new image onto the BOOTLOADER drive.
If you successfully update the programmer, the drive name will be “DAPLINK” instead of “MBED” If you have trouble updating the programmer, you can order another programmer by ordering: MAXREFDES100HDK# The latest ones are shipping with the new updated firmware.

The bootloader mode shows up 124 KB memory free and the images that you recommend us to flash in bootloader mode is 440 KB ?
I think the whole MAXREFDES100 is still very far to be even ready to be tested. the form factor suggest wearable design, while even spo2 does not streams to BLE, forget the ECG part...
Its too early to waste our time on evaluating it.
The “DAPLINK” drive is a virtual drive, the size is not important because it is not a real drive. Please to be sure that you updated the firmware on their HDK programmer. If it appears as a drive named “MBED” it is old firmware that we know does not work with windows 10. The new firmware appears as a drive named “DAPLINK”.
There are instructions for updating the firmware here: https://developer.mbed.org/teams/MaximIntegrated/wiki/MAXREFDES100HDK
