Memory problem!
I wrote a code, compiled it and downloaded. When I wanted to make it run putting it into my Nucleo it gave me that

What code did you place on it for this to happen previously?

It sounds like you may have to erase the target flash as it may be corrupt or unprogramable.
This can be done by: http://www.st.com/en/embedded-software/stsw-link004.html
