unable to compile a program... can anyone help me with this error please.

You should move the line pc.baud(9600); inside the function main. This is not a declaration or definition but normal instruction.
And 9600 without the quotation marks. The type of this parameter is int.

thank you ... i got it when i removed pc and replaced it with int ....thank a lot for the help
