EFM32 Giant Gecko Starter Kit J-Link debugger problem

Hello For school I use the EFM32 GIANT GECKO starter kit STK3700. My PC is connected via USB to the USB interface to the J-Link Debugger. In addition I use Simplicity Studio 4.

I created a few programs and everything works fine. But since yesterday afternoon it is no longer possible so upload software to the device or to debug it. I get error messages like “Uploading to device has encountered a problem, Could not connect debugger.”

The strange thing is that a worked yesterday with in the debugger and fixed some program errors and them from one moment to the other it did not work anymore. I have done no software updates and I also tried it on another PC with the same result. I have absolute no idea what to do and just wanted to ask if someone has an idea what I can do? /media/uploads/martinschoellhorn/debuggerproblem.png Martin
