FRDM KL25Z MBED won't start
Good day, can someone help me with my problem.
When I connect the kl25z to my computer. the 'mbed drive' won't show up and the led on the kl25z isn't lighting up. but when i hold reset button and plug in to my computer, the 'bootloader drive' shows up.
how do i solve this problem, since uploading the codes is thru the 'mbed drive'?
need help.
thanks.

Zaleu,
Thanks for your question and sorry for the issues :)
Its possible you need to do flash the interface firmware to the device, on to the 'bootloader drive'
Have a look here: https://developer.mbed.org/handbook/Firmware-FRDM-KL25Z
Let me know how you get on, and if i can help more :)
Regards,
Andrea, team mbed
Do they already ship the KL25Z with a bootloader that is functional under W10? If not, you should also follow: https://developer.mbed.org/questions/76894/Darn-Win10-continuously-generate-SWD-err/, before you can even install the mbed firmware.
posted by 08 Feb 2017Already tried the method but none actually works. I am currently on Windows 10. That seems to be the problem since it works fine on windows 7.
I already solve the problem though using this video, hope it helps others with the same problem.
