pulling data from mbed device connector

Hi, We are connecting our medical sensor and MTS Dragonfly, pushing the data through mbed device connector. I have already created the acess key and but i am unable get data from mbed device connector . Very new this platform, Please help suggest me good way. /media/uploads/Veerabhadra/q2.png
