FRDM-KL25Z Pinout Bug -- PINOUT ALWAYS ON
Now I know my case here may sound like I am some extreme noob at electronics, but I would like to reassure you that I have investigated the issue deeply and here are my findings.
Whenever ANY PINOUT is used, for example PTB3, PTC1 will ALWAYS be on. PTB3 will have the correct thing( blinking ) but PTC1 is constantly on. It never flashes or even moves. At first i speculated that this was just my shoddy soldering, so i tested with another pinout PTB0. Exactly the same thing happened. PTC1 was always on.
Now I had perhaps doubted that I had ruined something with my bad soldering skills. So i decided to test with a NEW FRDM-KL25Z board. No soldering, no nothing. Loaded the same program on it, but it still produced the exact same issue.
Now the funny thing is, this port, PTC1 can be controlled. It can be turned on and off like any other, just that whenever another pinout is working, PTC1 will always decide to be on.
I urge the people behind mBed FRDM-KL25Z to fix this issue. It will confuse not just newbiws but everyone with this odd bug.
Thank you
