ameba-arduino

this board is not being recognized by my laptop running windows 10....please help

Have you correctly connected the USB to the correct one?

yes i followed all the directions....and have correctly connected the usb...but when i try to upload a code onto the ameba board, i get an error message, that the ameba is not recognized on the mbed port, please reconnect !!...thanks
