Do I have access to all the ports on a DISCO-F746G board?

I got this board from my processor and I was playing around with it and after initializing 7 UART ports I came to realize that I don't know where all the ports or pins are located on this discovery board. Do I have access to ALL the pins and ALL the ports?

So you only have direct access to the pins listed here:

I'm working on a project that requires 7 UART channels and I was thinking about using this discovery board because it has enough UART channels. So this means I won't have direct access to all UART channels ?
