Why the uVison 5 doesn't recognize the mbed Library ? how to debug a code which needs this library ?

You'll need to export to uVision (from the online compiler or mbed CLI) to get the mbed sources. If that doesn't work, remove the mbed library from your project and replace it by mbed-dev library and export again.

Could you tell me if you are using mbed-os 5 of mbed 2.0 library?
When did you export this program, recently?
Can you actually located the library files in the folder through explorer/finder?
