mbed & PROFINET
Hi,
Does anyone have any experience in implementing the PROFINET TCP/IP stack on mbed?
I'm looking to control a remote mbed via PLC using PROFINET, I have no experience in developing a TCP/IP stack so any pointers on where to start would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance!

This would be awesome if you could implement this or write a notebook on how to do this, especially an open source solution. I suspect commercial software licenses or hardware may be needed.
I found this pdf: "Easy Way to PROFINET - Freescale" http://www.google.ca/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=3&ved=0CCcQFjAC&url=http%3A%2F%2Fcache.freescale.com%2Ffiles%2Findustrial%2Fdoc%2Fbrochure%2FEasyWayPROFINET_NA.pdf&ei=x106VfH9FInxoASQq4Bw&usg=AFQjCNHSEVTAsD2MfVKBM6jO4t-YdPdmFA
A hardware solution may be an option: http://gridconnect.com/profinet-xport.html
or http://www.innovasic.com/Products/profinetirt-ethercat-sercos-powerlink
EtherCAT is interesting as well.
I also found: http://developer.mbed.org/forum/mbed/topic/2580/
Please let us know how you implement a solution with mbed.
