Broken Files wont delete

So I had a broken cable sending files to my mbed for a bit and more often than not it would break my files. Now I have several broken files on my mbed that say they are 1 GB or more. Anyone know how to delete them? /media/uploads/vceyssens3/capture.png

Can you please format the mbed drive?
