Firmware update k22f

I follow the steps described in https://developer.mbed.org/handbook/Firmware-FRDM-K22F link, once that the K22 is detected as Bootloader and copied the .bin file, the k22f is not detected like USB and the Green led is off, I unplugged and plugged again and is not detected as MBED or Bootloader, Could anybody help me with this ?

Hopefully i can be of some help.

When you hold the reset button down and plug into the left USB SDA (must be this). Do you get a device called BOOTLOADER?

Yes, I got a device called BOOTLOADER, After that, I copied the .bin file and then the FRDM K22f just turns off. After that the FRDM K22F board never turns on.
