Unable to access to usb mass storage

After having installed the latest driver I have a vcp but I can't access to usb mass storage, on a Windows 10, 86 bit machine. I have only a new device, called G: but I can't access to it. Can someone suggest me anything?

Thanks, could you outline your target please, it may that you need to update the bootloader firmware.

I think the problem is a little bit strange. I can't access to mass storage from my Windows 10 pc. Maybe it is a driver problem. I have in my Windows 10 pc a Linux virtual machine. Whith the virtual machine i can attach the device and I can accesso to its mass storage. I have installed the latest Windows driver but is it a little bit old?

Is it an ST board? There are problems with STLink with Windows 10 anniversary update. ST is working on it.
