How I can make MBED Program To Custom LPC1768 ?

How I can make MBED Program To Custom LPC1768 I had try to export it to Keil and flash it but didn't work can some one tell me why?

I am did simple code blinking led with JTAG link ,But the problem when using Ethernet Library doesn't work
