Beta access or development help

Hi there. I'm very excited to see that SiLabs is joining the MBED fold. I have a EFM32 Giant Geko board which I'm excited to see what can be done with it using MBED. Is there any chance of getting beta access to the current state of development code? I'd be happy to help test and develop if you'd have me.

Silicon Labs a leading provider of microcontroller, sensing and wireless connectivity solutions for the Internet of Things (IoT).

Hi Richard,

we're happy to hear you're as excited as we are! We are currently hard at work behind the scenes, and while the code is in near-final state, some things are still prone to change before the release. Therefore, and to avoid confusion, we are not currently opening up our codebase for external testers.

If and when that changes, I'll make sure you'll be among the first to know. In the meantime, feel free to register at http://www.silabs.com/mbed to be notified the moment we make our release.
