I want to record a number when timer past 10ms. I don't konw how to write the program
I want to make a stopwatch and display in the 4-place figital tube. the maximum is 99 seconds. but I dont konw how to write program. when timer past 10ms should be recorded one time.
I am a novice so I need someone helps me.
