i need a step by step guide for the compiler
i have the programs downloaded into the compiler My programs ,i hit compile button and theres a bin file at bottom left ,so where do i go next ? where and how do i do the download to the freescale board??

Using windows, your binary file should be in the downloads folder, simply copy and paste this file onto the Mbed (just as you would copy and paste to a memory sitck), hit the reset button on the Mbed and thats it.

now when i load the bin file to the mbed E drive ,every time windows keeps on nagging me to format the E drive ,how do i stop this nag screen ?
