When printing, line numbers don't line up with code text
When printing line numbers are all but useless. The font used for line numbers is a bit taller than the font used for the code. The line numbers are obviously rendered at a different time than the code, which is a very questionable design decision. As a consequence by the bottom of the page the line numbers don't coincide with the appropriate lines of code text. Pretty silly.

Hi Bill (and Dave), I just pushed a fix for this. Hope to get it deployed this week.

Bill, It has been like this from the beginning of time and a bit of a nuisance. I posted a similar comment on March 15, 2016 and had no response from the mbed team. A remedy would be appreciated by many. Regards, Dave.
