Problem in interfacing GSM SIM300 module with NXPLPC1768 microcontroller.

I was trying to interfaced my GSM SIM300 module with my NXPLPC1768 microcontroller and it shows some problem in my terminal software which I am not able to resolve. Snapshot has been attached below. /media/uploads/rohitup121/problem_gsm.png
