what are the steps to down load softdevice and application hex files into Seedstudio Tiny BLE?

Hi, I have tried the steps in the link https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/blogs/11/using-nrf51-sdk-with-the-nrf51822-mbed-kit/ Still i am not able to run the softdevice. According to this link https://developer.mbed.org/questions/7486/CMSIS-DAP-programming-with-Keil-IROM1-an/ 'When we put a program hex file generated by the mbed online compiler into the Tiny BLE, we just flashed the softdevice'. I am confused. Can someone please write the steps 'How to upload the radio files in to Tiny BLE'.

Are you sure you need to update the Softdevice? Normally shouldn't need to touch it.
