I need CMSIS DAP interface firmware for FRDM-KW40Z

Dear Sir,

I updated wrong firmware of CMSIS DAP mbed interface to FRDM-KW40Z. It become PE OpenSDA interface. I cannot find a proper .bin code for KW40Z. We tried F/W for K64, K22, KL25, KL46, but all cannot work well in FRDM-KW40Z platform.

Is there a .bin or .s19 file of CMSIS DAP interface firmware for FRDM-KW40Z?
