DAPlink vs CMSIS-DAP
I ave looked at the BBC Micro:Bit and noted that it seems to use a DAPlink interface to program. is this any different from CMSIS-DAP or is it simply another name for the same thing ?
I see that it uses the KL26Z as opposed to the K20 CMSIS-DAP chip found on the FRDM boards, does this make any difference to its function or is this simply a lower cost alternative?
thanks

Hi Joe, DAPLink is based on and replaces CMSIS-DAP. The CMSIS-DAP repo will be end-of-lifed soon.
The KL26Z interface has the same features as the K20 interface and is just another variant.
