Receiver & Sender

I successfully have 2 NRF2401P communicating using this library. I have one setup up using quickTxSetup and the receiver using quickRxSetup.

I was wondering if it is possible with this library for the NRF2401P to be a receiver and a sender. So it will receive a message and then send a message back to the original sender?
