ADXL and LIS3dH are not reading values on lpc7168
Team I am trying to use a axx meter that I bought as shown below

Connected SDA to p5, SDL to P6, SCL to p7 and cs to P8. When i read it its not even reading the device id (whoami)
I am getting 0s for X Y and Z
I am using following library https://developer.mbed.org/cookbook/ADXL345-Accelerometer
and the code on the above page. AS IS. I cant get any values. Tried to flip the mosi and miso and that didnt help either
Same trouble with Lis3DH too.
Any help or pointers please?
