BUG: URL in GettingStarted.htm and project files is wrong

Hi all,

When exporting for offline use the URL in GettingStarted.htm and project files is missing the "developer." prefix Until it gets fixed just add it manually

tracked here : https://github.com/mbedmicro/mbed/issues/960, will fix it . THanks for reporting
