Capacitive Touch Sensor MCUs
Do any of the mbed supported MCUs include Capacitive Touch Sensor channels or algoithms? Do any of these provide an analog value for proximity or amount of touch?
Looking for something that doesn't involve touching exposed capacitor leads or other ESD unsafe methods, and also not hacking patented methods. i.e. it should be able to go to production.
Actually using to measure change in capacitance of some materials, not actual finger touch.
Thank you

At least some of the Freescale MCUs have touch sensors, such as the KL25. They can give out an analog value too, although I don't know if there is a direct to use library which uses that for a single sensor (there is a slider library for their FRDM boards, where they made an analog slider with two touch inputs).
