Although I am not certain what is your intention (lack of details in the above question), I'll answer as Yes, it does

My intention is to use Mac for mbed development. I would like use Mac is not Ubuntu to use compiler and other development tools of mbed.

yes, it will. Using gcc, pyOCD with your board , should work.
